George Clinton & PFunk, Plymouth NH
Ball of Confusion - The Temptations
If you've never seen the beautiful chaos of a George Clinton show, you hate music, it's that simple.
This was our third trip on the Mothership, but the first time I was a able to get a camera in the door. The show was at the Flying Monkey in Plymouth, so kind of like work to get up there, but the venue was great, even though it was seats...At least they were comfortable seats made for Today's Fatter American, and no one used them much anyway.
We were just trying to figure out how they were going to fit that band on that stage, but they did pull it off. To be fair, Clinton looks like he was rolling in at reduced capacity, there were only: Three guitarists, two bassists, three drummers, six vocalists, two horn horns section, two keyboardists, a percussionist, an emcee and Sir Nose D'Voidoffunk.
So you know, not that many people, not even any aliens.
I love these shows, and will always go when we have a chance.

My photos can never hope to match the painting Natalie had to make from our first show, since we weren't able to take a camera, I made her remember every single thing:
